i asked vitaly and they said they declare the value of the product a tad lower then the price.
they declare the value of the resources in the product. so v3 would be around 300usd that's what vitaly told me.
still waiting for my v3's

Would help if we knew what you're upgrading from..?
never tried the ultrasone edition 8s . but the quads are the most bass heavy all 3 of them.
Definitely bass heavy - too much so for me, hence my signature.
Does 1964 give updates on orders? I don't want to bug them that much except all I know is 2 weeks down and 2 to go.
When I ordered my V6, I didn't want to bother them, too. I went a few weeks without any updates from them. It's okay to ask for an update, though. They're very nice.
Has anyone had their earphones re-cabled, or know if there is an option for a straight stereo jack?
You don't have to recable your Customs, you can just get aftermarket cables and select straight plugs.
September 1964 Pete Townshend smashed his guitar and changed the face of Rock ' Roll forever.
That sounds like a retarded Rolling Stones magazine quote.
hahaha last two posts
hi guys,
1964 are starting to ship their 1964 ears CIEM with new cases.
instead of using the pelican 1010 case they are transfering in using sigar caddy 3400.
both very good cases. but personally i find the sigar caddy 3400 better looking.
i also prefer the latches of the sigar caddy over the transparent plastic latches of the pelican.
the specs and size are almost the same but the sigar caddy is more rectangular.
