It looks like real.

I wasn't sure about the iPad but all these apps and 3rd party accessories make me want one now.

But it has no usb ports and can't make calls or fit in your pocket. lol

I recall at least one ThinkGeek April Fools joke received such demand that it was made into a production item. Would be a laugh if this was too.
