Early, someone talked about "orange foam tips" from a German earphones (playaz). Now I remember, the same orange foam tips were used with Brainwavz Beta.

Okay @ Miles Davis IEM lovers, I have officially gone over the dark side and ordered my own set of MDs. Word of mouth from head-fi. must being going well as the major retailer I ordered from told me that only four sets of the MDs were left in stock. They gave me and excellent deal since I had just recently ordered the Copper from them a few weeks prior. I basically paid the same price for both. So @ search, I'm part of the family (although I won't be going for the golds) and to Chris, I will be able to compare the two shortly, although I'm already a huge fan of the Copper (and knowing Chris doesn't care much for the Copper at this moment). Man, I hope these MDs don't disappoint, but I don't think they will. Reviews on them have been fairly consistent.

Nice. Did you get them below 260 or did they just give in pretty quickly?

I responded @ Schu. Just got home from the office. I will tell those fellow head-fiers if you're interested in the MDs from JandR, you better hurry! They only had four left when I ordered (maybe three), and I know one head-fier just got a replacement set from them, so they're down to probably two or three now. I don't know if they will make these limited editions so readily available after they're gone.
