I enjoyed Owen Pallett - Heartland quite a bit so far this year.

It's much more dense when compared to his previous releases as Final Fantasy, but it's still a very nice listen.

Thanks for mentioning Owen Pallett. Listening to Heartland right now on Spotify and like what I hear.

This is my first disc from them and I am really liking it.

I am going to check out something else from their catalogue.

Great thread! I am always looking for new music too.

I use Pitchfork regularly. They post new album releases daily and you can listen to any album once a day. So if you like it, you can come back and listen to it again the next day. They also have in depth reviews and ratings. Check it out.

Pitchfork: Home

etiolate here's their link to sample Four Tet's album:

Pitchfork: Album Reviews: Four Tet: There Is Love in You

Enjoy!

I haven't heard the latest Spoon album yet, but I highly recommend "Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga" from 2007. It's just really really good!

Josh Rouse out with a new album on monday; what to expect??

"Nashville" is a classic, but it has been a while since Josh Rouse released a very good album.
