I know there have been other reviews of this excellent IEM, but I think I may be the first to do a long, personal review of it in English first. The main reason is that it has been a Japanese-only release, but I am made to understand that this is about to change.
Well, it is a 3 driver, 3 receiver, 3 cross over unit in hard acrylic which uses a unique pin array which is more sturdy than most of the competition and attached to a great, non-oxidising cable.
For the record, it is now my go to custom iem, but not for everything. Technically, it is stunning, but as you will see in the full review, I find that its stimulating tones are maybe bettered by its competitors when - to use a table tennis term - touch and finesse are needed. The 333 sounds phenomenal in all music genres, but its fun lines are best with faster, dynamic music.
Construction and cable quality is a best-yet which works great for glasses and non-glasses wearers. The units themsevles are beautiful, strikingly clear, and solid, not hollow. This is good and bad. Bad in that there are fewer reverberations in the shells, so less tactile input.
For a conclusive pithy one liner: FitEar 333 got kissed.
