i heart newegg, once i bought this HP deskjet 6490 printer for only 40 bucks (original price is over 170+) work like a charm, never had any problem

I'll add my praise to that already listed here--I've always experienced uncommon customer service from the folks at Newegg. It may sound like a stretch, but it would not surprise me if you get a better response from Newegg than you did from Shure. And usually that's the other way around. |
