Play.com good?

I guess I better sweat it out then, I'm used to free next day delivery on OcUK.co.uk. 'realmassy' I called that number too because I had a problem with my order apparantly. I got put through to some idian women who asked me to repeate everything 3 times, then after 2 minutes my credit ran out on my phone. Great.

Don't get me started on these [insert any expletive you see as appropriate]. Play's delivery problems have nothing on them. Never, ever, ever again

I am a Play.com customer since 1999... and they have never disappointed me: since then I have made HUNDREDS of orders from them. Sure, Amazon can be slightly faster in delivery, but Play is unbeatable for the prices. Although their customer service has become a bit clunkier in recent times, they still are superb: any defective item I have got from them was always replaced "no questions asked".

My iGrados arrived today apparently – but I was at work so the postman left me a lovely message on the red card to say “package from Play.com”. Oh bugger, have to wait till Monday now!

Finnally got my HD650s (WOW) It only took 2 days to get here so good service in the end.
