Yeah, I just bought a new pair...I sold the old ones. I can't wait, I've sold the HE60's to an Aussie guy, maybe he can make it to the meet.

How bouts you NSW people split the cost of the room as us interstate people have to pay for our airfares and accommodation. Sound fair?

I'd be happy to do the organising as long as I have a local liason in Sydney. I mean, most of these things are done by phone and email now. Also - it would be nice if people can tell me what dates suit them.

I'd probably recommend a Saturday afternoon. That way, us interstaters can take a morning flight which are much cheaper. And then a flight back on the Sunday morning is also cheap. (I'm a travel agent)

Can people please P.M. me so that I know what dates people prefer and what equipment we can expect there?

At this stage, it looks like the meet will be a weekend in mid march.

Juz, webbie and myself will be there with a whole host of equipment.

I will bring all my equipment (read signiture) and K-1000's.

Is there a local at UNSW who can organise a room and give directions? I haven't been to Sydney for 10 years.

I'd be interested in meeting up if someone wants to organise a meet in Melbourne... Might even be able to provide a venue to the organiser if need be.

Oh my. I'll finally get a chance to listen to the much talked about K1000s. Can't wait.

I don't see a problem with 18th of March. Why don't we have it closer to midday instead though? Perhaps at 1pm? That way we can pack up before dinner if need be.

Maybe I can interest Lad to come - would like to hear his Heed Canamp. Drives K701s and K1000s effortlessly from what I hear .
