Your favourite colour of LED?

I like blue, but not all shades. Some of the blue LEDs that I have are terrible bright, which is the same problem that I have with red. Purple, white and yellow are kind of cool too.

Portable amps I dont like any LEDs. Just a toggle on/off is all I need to see if the amp is powered up. Most of the time my portable amp is in a carry case and I can't even see the LED anyways.

SS home amps = Blue LED
Tube home amps = No LED, just an on/off toggle. I'd rather just look at the glow of the tubes.

I love the white LED's lighting up my black millet hybrid. For a while I was thinking of mixing. Maybe on LED is red and the other white, or white and blue

imo, bright, obnoxious, blue leds are going to be something extremely embarassing to have in around 10 years or so.

get with the times people, blue is out, white is in, the same goes for thoes males out there with pink shirts. that's sooo 2004.

also i only use LED's for SS stuff, tubes either a neon indicator lamp in an old skool holder or a regular incandesant lamp in a jewel holder (still have some OLD OLD skool jewel holders from ancient military suff

Actually Blue will always be "in" for visibility; red for a subdued indicator.
BTW pink will always be in fashion for toughest bike race in Italy, the Giro D'Italia

If I must use a LED I use whatever color matches up with the project.Yellow looks great on a satin white front panel but red on a black panel.Green cool on a bronze hammertone panel but blue looks seriously better on silver hammertone and then there is white which goes with............................

(Insanely bright) White. My portable amp is my pocket flashlight since it's always with my anyhow.
