When it comes to high end English components, you actually need to pick your side ! Not everyone's style by any mean...
This thing could wake the dullest amp up ! Beware of the pairing... With a warm Electrocompaniet ECI3, it's luxurious sounding, it adds weight and impact, very detailed.
At time and on some recordings on some pairing, it could almost be too much. on the show off side, but with talent. 
The timbres remain surprisingly true to concert, but once again it's sometimes to good to be true...
Don't seat to close to it, you could hear the mechanism, may be few drop of oil could help ?
For what's left it's almost perfect : design, build quality. 
Not for shy listeners...
