New Head-Fier
Pros: Clear, fast and comfortable
Cons: Anemic low and sub bass. Really should be amped and best appreciated at higher volume.
I've had these for a little over a month. I expected more from the hype these are being given. With additional power from an amp, a change of cable (optional) and digging into your collection of tips, these are very capable and a very good listening experience. If you want lower bass extension shop elsewhere. Clear, fast and comfortable. Good build. I keep coming back to them and I am not disappointed.

Pros: All good
Cons: Could at least come with some kind of a case
I am one of the crazy guys with a bucket full of IEMs.  I listen mostly to my beloved Cowon J3 because I can equalize most IEMs for a sound I like. I have an amp. Now I have the 012s, like I needed yet another in-ear! I purchased the black filters to swap with the installed green based on reviews I read but they're not really necessary but they do make a change. I'm going to make this a short review... I have not a thing con to say about these. These surprise me by being better than my memory of them each time I listen with them They're great with all genres. There's nothing about these that I need to forgive. I applaud Audeo. I really REALLY like these.

I also have just purchased a pair of Audeo 012, and when I compared to my Etymotic ER 6i and Shure SE210, the 012 is just so smooth and a perfect bass bias. Used with FiiO E11 near to the best value you can buy. My cans are ATH-M50 and again so good value.
Happy New Year.

New Head-Fier
Pros: Sound, comfort, price
Cons: build quality
First pair quit working (left channel) in six months. The replacement lasted 4 months and died a similar death. I don't go anywhere with them and they were used primarily at home and treated with care. I didn't bother any further follow-up. Sound was impressive. I liked these a lot and sorry they're rather disposable.

Pros: Transparent, quiet, just right bass boost
Cons: None
Most IEMs I own do not benefit or need an amp. A few do. The bass boost is just what my sonic taste needed from my RE 0 and Carvins. My Sansa Fuze needed a boost when I listen to my Sony headphones which was my main reason for the purchase. My Sony Walkman benefits from this amp as does my Cowon J3, the latter by the bass boost function. The build is first rate. It's an amp, it amplifies what needs amplifying. If there's junk you get louder junk, if it's clean than you get clean. It changes nothing from what's there and I think most people will appreciate the improved bass option at a budget price. JDS guys are all about help and service, I couldn't be more satisfied. I've had amps at three times the price but this is the one I'll hang on to.
