Yes you can but you have to use a pd adaptator that negotiate with the q15 so that only 9v are delivered

I’ll use for desktop mode a linear psu 9v/2,7A max at home and the fiio pl50 in 15v/2A mode with a pd adaptator (5,5*2,1 to usb C) at work
