I recently found a Sony TA-N9000ES to run with my TA-E9000 pre-amp in my little bedroom system. I've been waiting years to pick up this amp and one finally popped up on marketplace in beautiful condition. I'm running it with the Sony SS-M3 bookshelf speakers. My vintage 90's Sony system!- LA2019

AudioT Technica ATH-AD900X replacement jack
I need to install a new headphone jack on my AD900X headphones. How does one work with and strip this wire? All I see is the outer shield and some white looking inner insulation. I can't even see the conductor wires in the cable! (I had to pull out my 100mm macro lens just to see what was...- LA2019

CAMERA FI Lets see em..!
My Canon 40D. It's 15+ years old and keeps chugging away. I keep telling myself to upgrade but I can't pull the trigger; the 40D keeps doing what I need it to do.- LA2019

My Sony TA-E9000ES pre-amp/processor. I bring it out every now and then to fire it up and make sure it still functions. Not too shabby for a 20+ year old processor.- LA2019

Thread ressurection. Cragslist pickup a few months back for $100. Sony CDP-XA20ES. What a nice player. The puck reminds me when I owned a SCD-1 years ago. And the drawer is so whisper quiet. Good stuff....- LA2019

The Canon Thread
Thread resurrection. Not 'high-end' but I still use my old PowerShot S100. I gutted it to remove the IR block filter so I could take infra-red shots with it. It's really fun for landscape shots.- LA2019

Headphone identification?
Hi all. I'm trying to identify these headphones. Someone said they look like Grados but I cannot find any markings. I was going to contact Grado but their contact page wil not accept pictures. They work fine and sound OK. There are no earpads so I'll need an set; once I figure out what I...- LA2019

Schiit Jotunheim Review / Preview - Head-Fi TV
Hi guys. Question about my Jotunheim. I picked it up used and the unit has the optional MM phono board. Everything about the unit works fine except for the phono input. It works but polarity is reversed (sucked out center and wooly bass). I need to flip the polarity on one of my speakers...- LA2019
