Received the OV21 today. First impression, very open and wide sounding for a closed headphone. Nice crispy highs, not overwhelming bassy (compared with the Meze 99), but more than enough.

Removing Lurker won't solve this problem,. I would send a pm to Paul from Ibasso. This sounds like a defect battery.

It depends on the bluetooth profile you're using. For instance when the player and the headphone both use aptX HD, you can use it with 24bit 48 kHz files.

I always use the Max connected with external power. I remove the external power after closing the Max (pushing Power-of buton) but I'm not always waiting until it's totally closed. Can this be the cause of it?
