Yes i have tried that but it doesn't seem to do anything.   I'm quite annoyed at this point and i'm hoping the issue will resolve itself   Anyone who's used these have a similar problem?

Just got a pair of shure se215's and i can't for the life of me get them to fit.   These are my first real IEM's so maybe there's something i'm missing here; but with every tip i just can't seem to get a good seal with out holding the in with my fingers.   Help? Tips?

What do you guys think?   I know what my options are and i've narrowed them down to these two. I'd just like to know which ones sound better and why.

So anyone buy these from musica acoustics?   They're better priced than treeo, the feedback for shipping from the russian's isn't great (need it within two weeks) and they seem to be in stock there.    

ahh that is frustrating. the srh 440 seem like a big step down in tone from the 840 but i really want a taste of that sweet sweet shure pie. Looks like i'm looking for alternatives or going IEM. 

Is the comfort and weight better on the 940's?   Something that put me off the 840's was that i'd like to use them as semi portables (planes and cars) and they always seemed to bulky.

how is the isolation on these headphones in practical terms?   Good enough for a plane trip? train ride?

So has anyone compared these to the ck10's? they're the two front runners for me right now. 

I think the eq-5 may be slightly too expensive for me. I can get the ck10 cheaper. I was also thinking of the DBA-02's but the build quality has really put me off.        

Ok then the vsonics do look fantastic for my needs. Another one i've come across that's just in my budget is the ATH-CK10   Is there anyone who's heard both that could comment?

On my headphone search, i've decided that the SRH840's sound signature sounds perfect for me. The major problem is that i'll be using these headphones on the go (not jogging or working out, just plane rides and long car/train rides) and i'm concerned they might by too large and unwieldy for this...
