do the Westone 2 pin cables fix? How about the diameter of the pins. The last thing I want to jam in and elongate the sockets. No way I'm a paying Inearz charge $40usd shipping for replacement cables.

Has anyone had experience with a refund or exchange of a purchase where it was possible to get a refund issued different from the original payment method or have the replacement item shipping to another new address?

Must be the size of an iPod nano, fiio m3, Sansa clip or smaller.

Every time I'm on headfi, I got jerky scrolling and keyboard lag.  I'm using windows 7 64 bit and chrome. I don't experience any lag on any other website within chrome, only on headfi.  Laptop specs: i7 620m 8gb ram gt330m (1gb)

Asking because the sound coming from the left side of the um3x rc is cutting in and out near the jack.  I really like the quality of the cable.  Looking to order the exact same cable but Westone don't seem to sell it anymore.

There are so many iem with multiple drivers that offer only 1 to 2 years warranty. Do faulty drivers usually die during their early stages or suddenly die over time with no warning?

Which is better?  I'm surprised by the amount of positive feedback the solo 2s are getting from non beats fans. 

Would the pro 40 and 50 improve on the um3x sound signature or sound totally different.  I'm looking for an pair of iem that will retain the forward mids and instrument separation of the um3x but improve on the treble detail.
