Have you considered getting a DDC, like the Berkeley alpha USB interface? It’s a stunning upgrade for my Lumin streamer. It’s better than an Aurender that I had that was 5x more than the Lumin.

I've tried many ethernet cables, and the most beautiful sounding is Fidata. You'll need an audiophile network switch or Gigafoil to eliminate the noise, otherwise you will hear it if this cable is connecting your streamer to your router.

TotalDAC Gigafilter USB is the one. The magic box is filtering out the digital nasties.

I see you've gone all in with the Sean Jacobs and K50. But you need sine regeneration for digital. The sine wave in the US is bad. If you get an Isotek sine wave regenerator it will make huge dividends for digital. And you'll wonder where it's been all your life.

I would upgrade the fuse on the LPS for the Qutest. I upgraded the fuse on my Uptone JS2 and it made a dramatic difference. The Uptone is powering my Lumin U1 mini.

Bakoon HPA-01. Second owner. I bought it as a back up while my HPA-21 was being fixed, and I never used it. I believe the first owner hardly ever used it also. Runs off batteries so it has the lowest noise floor you can get.

Dana cable Lazuli reference 3 meter for Focal Utopia. Furutech 1/4" connector. This will take your Utopias to the next level. It brings an ease and refinement not available on the stock cable. I would not listen to the Utopias without these. Selling since I no longer have my Utopias.

I will say anyone who bought the Utopias new for near $4k has to got be nauseated right now. Even if they have enjoyed the headphones for a year. I don't know if anyone saw prices dropping precipitously like this.

I don't know if the MSRP has dropped. But the market has spoken . . I think it may just be Adorama trying to get around Focal's pricing structure (no discounts). Sky gramophone did the same thing. Their price was $3k with a headphone trade in.

I bought mine when they first came out for $3400. No way I would pay that much now with the prices dropping. It looks like the adorama ones are actually new.

Failed right driver. I actually thought with the amount I paid for these, they would expedite the process. It was the same with Audeze. They acted like they'd never done a repair before, despite they've probably done hundreds if not thousands.

I guess these warranty repairs take a while. My Utopias are going back to Canada via Fed Ex ground. I hope they are not sending them back via ground. After they get fixed, it would be almost a month turnaround, from the time I contacted my dealer.

I find more myself more impressed with the musical enjoyment and immersion of the DAC as time goes on. Usually the opposite happens when you've gotten over the honeymoon period of a new DAC.
