I got a shirt at our yearly vendor show a few years ago from Shure that says, "My earphones cost more than your iPod". Great reactions to that shirt. 

Denon NC800. Great balance of sound and noise cancellation, very comfortable and packs up relatively small.

^^^   I too own both. I like the volume control on the PA2V2 a little better but prefer cleaner sound from the E7. The E7 will also match your iPhone better in terms of size and shape.

I had the same thought, yifu. The E7 will be here tomorrow, along with some M50's so I can graduate into a semi big-boy home setup. :)   If I like the E7 I might just have to grab the E9 down the road.    Thanks guys!
