    MEElectronics M6 PRO Musician's In-Ear Monitors

After owning the M6 Pro for some months now, and after 75+ hours of burn in, I have found these IEMs to possess decent bass and mids and excruciatingly harsh and piercing highs. I've used the supplied ear tips and I've tried Comply ear tips that work well for me on many other IEMs but nothing...

SoundMAGIC release E50S and E80S In-Ear Reference Series

I received a set of the Soundmagic E80s yesterday and I am thoroughly impressed. Starting with the wide range of tips that accompanies the IEMs to their solid construction quality, these babies get your attention right out of the box. Plugged in, they shine. They are not bass heavy and instead...

The upper registers are rough as hell. It's really too bad.

I decided to order one of the puppies to see if it measured up to the high praise it has received. Looking forward to its arrival.

    Philips Fidelio X2?!

I just today received one of these puppies from Amazon: at less than $250.00 I thought it was worth a shot. RIght off the bat, the sound is stunning! Full, rich bass, excellent, well rounded mids, and controlled but authoritative highs! Lovely! Comfort-wise, I have to say the head-sling thing...

2.0 Speakers Compilation: Best for <$500

For a 24 hour period the Kanto YU2 powered desktop speakers will be on sale at WOOT for about $149.99. That is a pretty good deal on some pretty darned good speakers. Well worth a look.    If it weren't for a set of Swan M10 speakers I ordered off of Massdrop recently, I would be snagging the...

Headphones you regretted buying the most

LSTN Troubadours. They were a gift, actually. Beautiful wooden cans but they disappoint.

Rank the Headphones that You Own.

In some instances, with some music, these rankings could easily change completely: Philips X2 > AKG K7XX > Audio Technica ATH-M50X > Sennheiser HD251-II > Philips Fidelio L1 > AKG K181 DJ UE > LSTN Troubadours > Takstar HI 2050 > Takstar Pro80

    MEElectronics M6 PRO Musician's In-Ear Monitors

I recently ordered these buds and the highs simply wear me out. Mids are well defined and the bass is not overwhelming but it is authoritative. The upper range, however, is definitely not for the faint of heart.
