I have a Paul Pang Audio OCXO Quad Switch that has a five rail linear power supply. I’ve tried others over the years and to me this sounds the best in my system.

I use Squeeze. I hate Roon, Looks pretty, sounds lousy. I have tried it on every streamer I have ever owned, and I have a life time license. Oh yea, did I tell you I really don't like Roon? :)

Doesnt make sense to get the K50. I already have the K22 and would take a loss on it. Cheaper to just by the K50. Mark had said that combo and single unit wouldnt be much difference with the combo might sound al little better with the server and the player being isolated from each other...

The G pads make it sound bloated and boomy.

It’s just the opposite. You lose that bass and the music sounds thinner. That’s the whole reason why people put the G pads on. The H pads gives you a good balance, and they are comfortable.

It just shows you how everyone’s perception is different, especially yours 😃 I think you might be the first to say the pro with F pads would have more bass than the OG.

Not nuts at all. My point is that people will spend a lot of money on a cable, and yet pads, which are less costly probably do more to change the sound.
