Suggestions for Mid Range Open Back
I'm not super into how loud the bass is on the M50x is. In my opinion it's slightly lacking in bass. I take the increase treble equalizer and then turn it down just a little. I'm aware that the sound on open back cans are going to be a little less thumpy than the M50x. I'm just looking for...- hewhogamez

Suggestions for Mid Range Open Back
I'll definetly keep my eye on those. They're only $57 right now. Seems really cheap for how good people say they sound.- hewhogamez

Suggestions for Mid Range Open Back
It's been a while since I've been on the forum. I've been a little enveloped in PC hardware and VR (HTC Vive). Haven't really had time for audio. So I'm here because my M50x doesn't 100% cut it for me. I love everything about the headphones except that I'm completely shut out of my environment...- hewhogamez

Does anyone here actually earbuds?
I use the Apple EarPods because it's pretty much the only earbud designed headphone that doesn't suck. I like to be able to hear my environment and not have a suction cup in my ear. But I am thinking bout the Bose QC 20i. It can use the noise canceling to blend the outside world into your music...- hewhogamez

Looking for full sized headphones
Well the Mixr/Pro have a 3.5mm jacks in both ear cups and that allows you to plug your cable into either ear cup. Then someone else can plug their headphones into the other 3.5mm and listen to what you are listening to.- hewhogamez

Looking for full sized headphones
I usually, when getting full sized headphones, use them for a day. Then burn in the headphones and headband for around 48 hours. And do the M100s do the thing that the Beats Mixr/Pro does?- hewhogamez

Looking for full sized headphones
I'll be sure to see if I can find one of those at Best Buy to try out. And a quick little side note. Music I listen to is usually somewhat bassy. Ex - Dubstep, Pop & a little rap here and there. Carrying case is kind of a biggie. I have a AT2020 for microphone use while gaming. Removable cable...- hewhogamez

Looking for full sized headphones
1. Anything under $450 would do. 2. Closed back please. 3. Mainly my cell phone for music listening and such (Galaxy S4). And my Astro Mixamp for gaming. 4. No real preference for material. 5. Something close to the Klipsch S4. I really liked the S4's because it was bassy yet an amazing...- hewhogamez

Looking for full sized headphones
So I'm looking for a good pair of phones. Something that appealed to me was really good build quality. I would like to be able to use these as gaming phones as well as music. One pair that has gotten my attention is the Sony MDR-X10. Any thoughts or suggestions?- hewhogamez

Looking for a new pair of iems
Which would you think has the best soundstage? Sure I know the bass will be there but the main reason I liked the S4 is the sound stage upgrade I got from it.- hewhogamez

Looking for a new pair of iems
So I am looking for a pair of in ear phones. I recently lost my Klipsch S4i and would like to buy a replacement. I would like to see what other headphones can compete with the S4. I am looking for around the $50 range that can match or exceed the bass output or the soundstage that the S4 offers...- hewhogamez

Okay so I am looking for a new pair of headphones for home use with my PC. These headphones will be used for Studio Mixing via 1/4", listening to music and gaming via Astro Mixamp. I have picked out a few headphones just wondering what would be the better choice. Shure SRH840 or AKG Q701, Any...- hewhogamez
