You guys need to stop making the wait harder and harder lol

    ~ $400-range IEM

I just fell into the trap of IEMs and got my first pair, I went with the Hype4. Reasons being mostly from nearly everyone trying them and enjoying them, and consistently being on "value king" lists. As someone that listens at home on a Susvara and DCA stealth on a TT2/Bliss combo, I do love the...

As long as the wait has been, can’t really fault anyone and honestly I’m glad Ferrum went nuclear against that bug people were mentioning. It saved ferrum a bad launch and people a frustrating experience if that bug stayed under the radar. I have some hype 4 iems coming soon so that will hold...

    Ferrum WANDLA - Impressions Thread

I'd say deciding between Wandla and Erco really depends on how much of a footprint you want the gear to have. Specially with Erco 2 out, might be closer to Wandla than the original is unless they didn't upgrade much from it. As far as the GS version of Wandla, they still haven't shipped yet(I...

I haven’t had may for a while but I did have it for a few years so I can do my 2c of a very indirect comparison whenever the gs editions ship. Honestly more interested with the Hypsos hum at this point. I have one but haven’t unpacked it yet since I was waiting for the Wandla. I guess I’ll...

I got a Hypsos last week for when the gs Wanda arrives. I’ll give an update whether it has a hum or not but I usually keep things a little further away on the desk. Here’s hoping to it shipping this week.

That was fast. Nice to see them acknowledge and make top priority solving an issue like that instead of ignoring it or blaming the customers setup like some other companies will do.

    Intona High Speed USB Isolator

So I might have had some luck fixing the issue. Only posting this in case someone else runs into a similar situation. I still don't know if theres a specific issue with my 7055c or not. The isolator was causing a popping noise going from USB3 or 3.1 port ->intona->srcdx->tt2. Tried multiple...

I'll be using the wandla with its usb input whenever Headphones.com starts sending out the goldy edition. Would it be worth using a galvanic isolator between it and the PC?

    Ferrum WANDLA - Impressions Thread

I would try a different usb port on the pc if you haven’t. If it’s plugged into a usb 2.0 port then try a 3.0 port. Try reinstalling drivers if you haven’t. See if anything on the pc is trying to take exclusive control of the dac maybe when it happens. Just a few guesses. I would also set the...

    HiFiMan Susvara

Another + here for Bliss. The creator specifically made it to be able to handle Susvara. There's no way its lacking in anything to drive Susvara. If you feel it's not good enough, you're just looking for a different sound profile.

    HiFiMan Susvara

A little more bass, the sound is a little bigger. The measurements Zach gave for the lambskin pads are matching up to what im hearing pretty accurately. I would say the biggest thing I notice that Zach mentioned in the video is that the lambskin pads smoothed out some of the peaking in the...

    HiFiMan Susvara

Lambskin pads are in (pain in the ass to get them on. Kept getting worried I’d break them. No knock against Zach it’s hifimans installation problem) and they definitely are more comfortable than stock. Also might be because my stock pads weren’t symmetrical as you can see in one of the two pics...
