In my country, the C751 are 280$ and the C710 are 200$. So, it's a 80$ difference. Is it worth it?

It depends on the hardware you got. I have a Creative Audigy SE at the moment and driver support sucks, it's so limited. However you can use dual boot ( Xp and 7 or Vista and 7) and test which satisfies your needs. Good Luck!
