I just got home and unboxed. The quality of the materials is just like my old HD650's. My first impressions is that the bass is heavenly so far.

So the 58x is a more fun HD 650 with a little bit more bass is the general consensus here? I had the HD 650's years ago but sold it since I found the headphone a little bit boring.

I just hope that they beef up their servers for the next HD6XX drop.  They already have 9457 requests.  The demand for the HD6XX definitely surpassed all their other headphone collaborations.

I have the official Cowon leather case coming from Korea. I already installed the plastic screen protector on the Plenue D but have a tempered glass screen protector on the way from China. I will update when I receive both.

I ordered the glass but it's coming from China so I'll be waiting a while for it. The problem I see for my situation is that the official Cowon leather case might not be able to handle the bulk of a tempered glass screen protector done it is already a tight fit. I'll find out when I get the...

  I just bought a brown one on ebay.  It ships from Korea so it might take a while to arrive but it was $33.90 and I had some ebay gift cards lying around.  I was stuck between the Cowon case and the Noreve one but decided on the Cowon one thanks to your pics.  Fitment looks great.
