This baby Orpheus was bought from a collector who has one of the most extensive collections of electrostatic headphones. It has been kept in great condition and works flawlessly, sounds absolutely fantastic. Being a purist, he opted not to change it to a Stax cable, but rather use a self-made adapter which I will include.

There are small cosmetic marks on one side of the headband as shown in the pictures and a small (1mm) darker spot on one of the grills, but these are small and the unit looks great overall.

The headband cushion and earpads installed on the unit are like new. Also included are two more pairs of new (sealed) earpads and one more new set (sealed) of earpads, rings, and headband cushion. I am also including a Stax cable in case the buyer wants to change the entire cable to work with Stax amps without the adapter.

I am also selling the excellent Stax SRM-717 amp which some say is the best pairing with the HE-60. I would prefer to sell them together as I bought them together from the collector. This is the hard to find EU version of the amp, not an adapted version to EU voltage as others are.
