Brand new. Just purchased. I’m more of a headphone person. Although I wanted to give these a try..and did. I just prefer my headphones.
And honestly they live up to all the hype I heard on reviews and youtube. In my opinion these are the best sounding wireless noise canceling earbuds you can buy right now. The sound is as close as you’ll get to wired earphones. And the noise canceling is better then my Bose Quiet Comfort wireless earbuds.
I have not used the foam earbud tips that came packaged with it. I bought silicone earbuds (in the plastic bag) and the spinfits shown.

I am including the new spinfits in the photo. I did open them but they are unused.
I bought the other silicone tips in the clear package to use. They are not included.
