You're writing is too much. No insult intended. A polite suggestion: write everything in your first and second draft, in the third draft cut out like 70% of the fat.
nice review Red on the Himalaya it seems is another banger from NiceHCK, FI pro seems getting some accolades from other reviewers, and NiceHCK makes good replacement/aesthetic cables IMO
@ernie633124,
From another more NiceHCK experienced than I.............(Dsnuts) he is saying it is the very best so far from the company.......and am flabbergasted by how good this is............it has actually messed me up in now reviewing future IEMs? Now other IEMs sound boring because they just don't have the top-end details?
Excellent review, what a gorgeous iem, I'll be looking into it when it's released, but there's still no date for that. Also, when you're spending a lot on an iem a detailed review can't be long enough, it's appreciated.
@Excession33,
Thank-you. Truly I was almost on an IEM high when I wrote this? I really thought it would be released by now? Yet it is truly worth the wait, I mean the Himalaya has convinced me that DDs are truly the future of this hobby. I have no qualms about recommending it to anyone. Enjoy! Cheers!
@Redcarmoose I've just ordered them, after reading your review! Order total = £260.20
Are these equal, better or worst than the Tansio Mirai X? You opinion matters!
Thank you
@Nick24JJ,
Here is the thing I do a complete week of burn-in before I review. I’m only just starting with the TSMR-X, as I haven’t even used the switches yet. But early comparisons say the Himalaya is doing this magic with cohesiveness and there is an imaging that the Himalaya does, you will be very impressed. Congratulations! An imaging and a naturalness that is unique for the price. Where the X is more about being a Hybrid...... where normally I like Hybrids more, yet in this specific case I view the two IEMs as equals, at this point, that could change still?
Thanks for the review... It resonates with my experience on the Himalaya, a coherent tonal balance with realistic bass. The soundstage might seems a little recessed compared to others high end IEM, but it's normal with the one DD configuration. A great all-rounder at this price.
Any comparaison with the Dunu Glacier ? It seems to follow a similar pattern from sound test on YouTube. Of course the configuration is different between the 2, the Glacier being 1 DD, 4 BA, 4 EST and more expensive. Curious about this.
