How does the tuning scale at higher volume? Is there more emphasis on the bright treble?

I might be somewhat of a basshead, but I don't like excess bass that colors the music as most of my music is already very bassy.

I saw a reviewer (Akros) on youtube that put the CCA Hydro's bass over Xenns Mangird Top and that is some achievement considering its almost "the" basshead set for many.. Also being he owns a set of Xenns it comes as a surprise and sounds convincing.

Have you tried these with techno or similar bass focused EDM?
