Mytek Liberty THX AAA headphone Amp Impression Thread
I would not call it a slight imbalance... The unit I initially received from MyTek had a severe issue. There was music playing loudly in one channel even with the knob turned completely off. I would call it a defective unit.- ld100

I used Liberty 2 for a while and it was easy to equalize them to sound acceptable. Same iOS app but it has a different screen for 2 vs 4. Surprisingly a lot of YouTubers rate them very high. Either paid or they don’t want to upset Soundcore. But this is a tell who you cannot trust on YouTube...- ld100

Garbage. I wanted to like Liberty 4 as I lived the fit, design, comfort, etc. But the sound quality is a mess. I tried the app and multiple other equalizers and music players and could not find a way to make them sound good. Chipmunk vocals, sibilant highs, distorted low end. Very commercial...- ld100

Samsung decided not to make one. I guess a marketing strategy to force people to buy their phones to enjoy the best sounding wireless buds on the market at the time.- ld100

Soundcore Liberty 4 -- avoid at costs. Absolute garbage. This is coming from a person who used Liberty 2 for a long time. Samsung Galaxy Bud Pro 2 - avoid if you are an iphone user. No IOS app. Sounds good, but some tracks are a bit off. Now there are better alternatives.- ld100

I am lost. How does that translate into actual EQ settings? Do you mind posting pictures of your EQ app with the sliders?- ld100

"Rtings AutoEQ PEQ and I can reach easily Samsung Buds2 pro sound quality (with some Crinacle Auto PEQ).." Can you please clarify? I have both now and thinking about which one to keep. Samsung sounds much better to me but Liberty is way more comfortable. If I could get Liberty 4 to sound like...- ld100

I don't like them at all. I think Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2 is significantly better in terms of audio.- ld100

What other earbuds sound similar to Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2? I am an iPhone user and unfortunately, Galaxy Buds Pro 2 don't have an iPhone app and are quite limited in the Apple world. But I prefer their sound signature to everything else I tried so far. Is there anything with a similar sound...- ld100

I tried fir Airpods Pro and did not like them. Now got the Pro 2 and also really don't get how people think they sound good... I am ok with SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds2 sound (not great but I can live with it) but I am not crazy about the fit... If anyone can recommend what is worth checking out I...- ld100
