In excellent condition. The headband and earpads still have a lot of life in them. I don't see any scratches on the headphones.
They sound very good with a fairly natural sound leaning ever-so-slightly towards warm-neutral. Surprising amount of mid-bass energy that isn't boomy sounding. Treble is very smooth. Imaging is quite interesting on these in a good way. I've never heard anything quite like it. Very comfortable and breathable to wear.
