The X1000E is also used by M3K. I read a few have lag when scrolling while playing music. How you overcome it in the new M3 Pro?

Hello,

We have a targeted improvement for this in M3 Pro, so please don't be worried. And you could also try one in the local store first when it is available.

Best regards

This seems very similar to the Shanling Q1 that just came out. They both have the same Ingenic X1000/E processor and ESS Sabre ES9218P DAC. Both play PCM up to 384kHz/32bit and DSD up to 128. Shanling Q1 has output power of 80mW, this has output power of 75mW which is very similar. Besides the size, really the only difference is that the Q1 has bluetooth and the FiiO has e-book support, recorder and caluculator.

Not much detail so far.

Does it have EQ?

Does the EQ function while it is serving as a USB transport?

Does the EQ function while it is serving as a Bluetooth transport?

How many touches to get from Now Playing to EQ and back again?

Does it sort by Album Artist?

Does it have a proper genre sort: Genre->Album Artist->Album->Songs rather than the utterly useless Genre->Songs?

There is no Bluetooth so that answers one of your questions.
