We are happy to announce our new trade-in program, which allows you to trade-in your old earphones for credit towards the purchase of a NEW set of earphones.

To take advantage of the program, simply place an order online and type in the comments field (second page of check out at the bottom): "TRADE IN MODEL _____" (model you are sending back). Upon receiving your order, we will email you the address and instructions to send your used earphones. Restrictions apply. See below.

This program will make more sense for those that have owned their trade-in earphones for longer. So if you have a beat-up set of earphones for 2 or 3 years, this is a good proposition instead of let it go to trash. If you have owned your earphones for a couple of months these trade-in values may sound too low. The program will make sense to those who would otherwise deposit their old friends in the last drawer. If you think these values are too low then this is not for you and there is always eBay if you want to go that route. This is just another option for those beat up, used up, old in-ear earphones if you want to upgrade to something better.
