Hello. I’m planning to buy r7he mk3 but I wonder what is the difference between r8he mk3? It is $1k cheaper so it drew my attention.

Should I go for Holo Spring3 kte instead?
I look for timbre and texture of the sound.

What did you end up getting? How has your experience been so far? I'm in a similar spot trying to choose between the R7HEMK3, R8HEMK3, and the Cen.Grand DSDAC1.0 Deluxe...
