    Hi, everyone, I tried cleaning off earwax off both cups of my headphones by wiping the metal speaker grill with a microfiber cloth and a cotton bud dabbed with rubbing alcohol with a little pressure. The bass is now weak and sound quality not as great as before. Are the headphones damaged?
