Going to have to be whole heaping pile of goop there, since there is a good chance the bottom of the heatsink may not even touch the top surface of the Pentium M's die.
I think the best chance would be one that uses through hole mounting. To bad the Thermalright XP-90 and XP-120 no longer use through hole mounting, would've been perfect for passive cooling.
