The VDH is more expensive but better balance then the QED, which is slightly bass light compare to the VDH. But the VDH do cost more, it depends what your budget is. Some people spent the most you can afford and some spend 10% of their system value (that's including Interconnets).

I personally have the QED silver annaversary and I love it, it's white and thin so it doesn't stands out from the light blue carpet. And it suite my system quite well, but I have thought about upgrade to the VDH as my interconnectors are all VDH.

VDH Vs QED

I use VDH and QED interconnects. I am using QED silver anniversary for my rear and centre speaker I now want to upgrade me front speaker cables, I have RUARK Prologue one R and I want to change the speaker cable what do you recommend I should do ? at the end of the day I want the best sound comming out of my speaker for music and Movies.

I would keep wire the speakers with the same cables, that avoids unbalancing your system. VDH is the better bet IMO.
