Making room for Hugo 2 now are we?
I will be reviewing the Hugo 2, but no, I don't think I would consider it a "desktop" solution. I do need balanced outputs for my 2 balanced amps (LL2 and GS-X Mk2).

Here is the question though with its increase it tap count could it surpass similarly priced desktop dacs even though it's limited to SE output. And if it's fed with a good dedicated source would that make up for the less sophisticated USB input compared to the TT or other desktop devices. That's what in reality interests me.

I have seen a UK dealer saying they will be shipping them to customers on Mon 6th March.
Get a pair of Hugo2 to built a dual mono configuration
I know this was a joke, but nonetheless; Is there a theoretical possibility to connect two dacs parallel to make them act as dual mono? how to split the usb signal? I happen to have two dacs of the same model, so I could try to play with it .
O recon this is foolish idea as I cannot imagine how to connect the dacs in a way that would enhance the signal processing quality...
Oh, to keep the post at least in the general direction of the topic (or at least near Chord), I am currently listening David Bowie's Lodger, Tidal via SMSL X-USB, coax to Qute HD and rca to Cayin IHA6. Even though I heard this album hundreds of times (though not the best of Mr. Bowie's work, it is my first album of his I ever bought), and I cannot stop wondering what was hidden from me until now. I really cannot cease to be amazed what Qute does with plain CD quality...

Have you done a Qute HD vs Mojo comparison? From what I've read the Qute series (pre-Hugo) has a richer though not as resolving sound as Hugo. Haven't heard it myself so your impressions would be great!
