I am ready to Schiit $300 all over my desk but I don't know what to drop it on.

I really want to get a good dac and amp for my HD 598's and soon to own HD650's with regular and balance cables that I am buying from a friend. All along I have thought that I was going to get the M&M uber stack and be done but with the Modi multi and the Jot coming out it's really making me second guess my decision. I really didn't want to spend the $300 on the M&M uber in the first place that's why I have never actually done it but I know I need to get something now that I am getting the 650's. It seems like end game for me would be the Modi Multi and the Jot just because the Jot does balanced cables but dropping that kind of cash just isn't an option I would ever consider all at once on nothing more than principle alone. I have been toying a lot of options in the Schiit line, some of which I have never heard anyone talk about pairing before. The biggest problem I have is that I could very easily use a set of preamp outs for my promedia 2.1 computer speakers, and I could use the optical in for my chromecast audio on my hifi system in the living room, and I could also use the balanced out of the Jot with the 650's. So really the only thing that isn't a compromise as far as hook ups go is the Jot + the Modi Multi as it has the balanced out. preamp out and the Modi has the optical in. However all of those 3 things are not really necessary and not really the primary use for the device anyways. Plus if I was using whatever dac I bought at my desk and in the living room I would have to move it between the 2 all the time if I wanted to use the chromecast.

So here are my thoughts.... In interest of cost I was thinking about getting the Modi Multi + the regular Magni 2. That comes out to about $370 shipped. Well above my price range but I could stomach that. Spending much more than that makes me feel really uneasy. I would be loosing the ability to hook my promedia's up to the same system as the headphones and would just have to switch it or leave it with my computer sound card and switch the outputs in windows when I want to use the speakers. If I wanted to I could play with the Modi and the chromecast and see how it goes and if I like it or not and cross that bridge later. The question is though is that the smartest way to spend the money? Is the regular Magni 2 good enough for the 650's? Would I be better off getting the M&M uber stack for $300 and forgetting about the multibit? Or should I just forget about all that and get the Jot with the dac chip for $500 and forget about the optical in for the chromecast as well as the multibit? Way too many decisions... But the priority here is I want to spend $300 and I want to get the cleanest and most detailed sound possible for my HD650's. That is the goal above all else. Everything else is just fluff. Sorry for the wall of text!!!

I added a poll so I can get the most opinions but I would appreciate if you left a comment on why you picked what you did. I left out the Modi Multi + Jot combo because it's really just too much money.
