I just bought a pair of KZ ED9 and saw they ship from China...I wish I had seen that little stipulation as I would not have purchased them.

At this price range, most IEMs are going to be manufactured in Asia, it's just a matter of finding a US distributor that's willing to import and soak up the costs while still managing to make a profit off of the IEMs. That being said, I would recommend the Philips SHE3590; they're currently being sold on Amazon by biddeal_co for $11.69, free shipping from New York. I can personally attest to them being a tremendous value for the price, and ljokerl (IEM reviewer extraordinaire here on Head-Fi) calls them "bargain bin miracles" for a good reason.

**** 4 in 1 they are comparing too the dunu dn 1000 that's about 6-7x the cost for $25-$32

Then search for the item in Amazon and check that it is being 'Fullfilled by Amazon' before ordering.

The SHE3590 and the JAVC-Ha FX40... They perform really well for the price!.

Why would you not buy them just because they're from China?
