So I was looking at this particular amp for both musical enjoyment as well as studio use. I have some questions, though.
 
1. I read a review somewhere that said this amp pairs wonderfully with the K701/K702. and brings out details better than many others. I'm really looking to bring out that clinical, hyper-detailed aspect of this headphone. Any opinions or experiences?


2. Apparently, Musical Fidelity's amps seem to do a pretty good job at bringing out bass impact in the K701/K702. I want to make sure that this is really because of the amp being a good power source, and not because of COLOURATION. Please let me know if Musical Fidelity's amps tend to be on the flat or generally neutral/balanced side of things, especially the V90-BHA. I have some intentions for studio use, and the fact that this particular amp model comes with balanced inputs implies it was intended for professional use. The flatter the better (for me, at least).
 

I eyed out the V90-BHA because it has been described as VERY GOOD for the money. I am hoping that it fits my criteria, though.
