I'm trying to find something that replaces my IE800 and there are a few models I need feedback on. Please note that I will be solely relying on your feedback as I cannot audition any of these!!

Check out the Vibro Aria. Deep and controlled subbass, forward mids, and a little extra top end extension. I wouldn't call them bright, but they have more sparkle than your average sound signature. It's also very efficient so it works well direct from a smartphone and scales well with a good amp.
 
Aria universals are $599 but don't let that fool you, it performs well above it's price range. I'm a small shop and I keep things trim and sell direct, so it lets me maintain competitive prices.
