Decent in-line volume control

Hello, I am looking for a decent in line volume control that I can use with my custom in ear monitors. The problem I have when I use them with my phone is the volume is either too quiet or too loud. Does anybody have any recommendations that won't affect the sound quality of my monitors? Thanks
