looking for first portable setup

Right now i'm looking at the fiio x3ii, the shure se215s, and a fiio a1.
I'm reconsidering even needing the amp and also not sure about iems; i listen to pretty much any music imaginable, and prefer a mostly flat response with some bass and treble.
$100 is pretty much as high as i'll go for iems.
all i have right now are m50s and my phone

You should go for the fiio X1 and use that extra $100 and get something better then the shure 215 like the dunu dn 1000 are perfect for edm
