I got the FX-850 from Amazon a few months ago. Been maintaining it with care ever since. Took it out of my pocket yesterday and saw that the plastic nozzle  for one ear had fallen out somehow, and was nowhere to be found. No clue how this happened. The rest of the IEMs are perfectly intact, besides the nozzle of one ear. Picture below.

Anyone have any clue how I can get this fixed? I tried replacing with my old FX750 nozzle but they didn't fit/stay in place. Not sure if warranty covers an incident like this, but I'm very sure I didn't drop them.

In the event that I'm not able to get this fixed personally, I am looking to sell them so please PM me with an offer, if interested.

Please recommend any IEMs within or below the price range with just as good/better quality, or just great bass. Thanks!

Currently considering the Pioneer SE-CX8-S as a temporary replacement.
