hello
im moving to a new house with a room mate, so im looking for a closed back headphones that i can use inside the house, should be comfortable to wear for a long period of time and does not leak sound outside, i'll be using them mainly for watching movies and video games, and a little bit of music
i've narrowed it down to one out of two options

1- Sennheiser HD451 (46 euros) (i've previously owned the HD419 and it was ok, gets a bit warm and the base ever so lacking for my taste)
2- Audio Technica ATH-M20x (59 euros)

please keep in mind that i live in finland so i would appreciate any recommendations that i can get from any oneline stores in europe (amazon.de for example)

thank you in advance and best regards

In case you find the stock earpads a little tight around the ears, try third party DT770 earpads - just stretch them around the mounting lip similar to how tyres are mounted onto wheels, one section at a time and then work your way around it while holding the areas that are locked in place.

I have the semi-open HD330 and faux leather pads, and isolation is good enough. I had to adjust the metal frame though as the stock shape was a bit tight. No problems with plastic parts breaking as on Sennheiser earpads though so this is a lot easier than on the HD600, but mind the cable coming out of the top of the earcups.
