My ideal headphones would be the denon ah-d1000 (i believe the d1001 are the same?) with a microphone on the cord for phone calls. I love the d1000 because they are closed (or semi-closed) lightweight, comfortable, with circumaural design, and I love how they sound of course, the pleasant "acoustic" character that they have. I don't find them neutral-sounding at all, I find the highs sparkly and the lows "present" without being punchy our boomy and the overall sound has that open headphone character. It's mellow and smooth, yet detailed. What I'm looking for are replacement headphones that either have a mic on the cord, or a detachable cord so that you could attach your own third party cord with a mic on it. Please, tell me - what should I get? Budget would be around 100-200$.
