with the plates the user can see their selections, like a buffet. The were nice, but you could not see which filters were in each.
And if they are adding more than before, it makes even more sense.
Well. It is what it is. At least, for me, as I'm away next week, they won't be sitting in my desk taunting me. It's a generous offer from bob in the meantime.
Just one question: will this be a special run of the dac? I thought the upcoming was designed to sit below the y split? The preorder pm6 don't have that cable.
A very good question indeed. I hadn't even thought about that yet, but you're right. The pre-ordered PM6 isn't gonna work with what I assume the Icarus I is designed to be. So what's gonna happen there? Your guess is as good as mine.

I had originally bought the Bluetooth lanyard with the intent to use it with Master 4 and Hunter.
I spoke with Jake and Bob when the made the cabling changes back at the beginning of December. They indicated there would be a version that would work with Master 6 and Hunter that we're on pre-order
Time is relative, my compadres. The perception of past, present and future are merely plots of the mind to create counter-productive feelings like expectation, anticipation etc.
Just enjoy the now! The here and now! The here and now which consists of no PM6, Hunter, or Master, yes. Just let it sink in my friends.
that helped thanks
I'm discovering my inner zen with these pre-orders. We should all just chill, who cares when it takes another 7 months no biggie, here and now eh

Super light weight, listened for 2-3 minutes and separation was insane. Listened to a few 24 bit tracks... No stream breaking from BT. Obviously they had great earphones to test them out with, but the product looked great. On top of that, they're from Montreal and they told me this soared with IEM's too. I got onboard early in their indiegogo and they're about to deliver, they only have some parts back ordered. It's a terrific option, especially for a portable wireless 24 bit amp.

Right, but that's the BT lanyard. I've the same understanding as you in that respect, the BT lanyard was supposed to come in [Trinity] 2-pin and MMCX. This is probably kinda up in the air now cuz they're no longer using the Trinity 2-pin or MMCX on anything as far as I can tell.
But the question as I understood it pertained to the Icarus I which is described as a 24-bit BT DAC/amp unit. Presumably, this would attach to their new IEM lineup at the y-split, so I thought, but design. But what about PM6 and Hunter pre-orders? Those don't use the y-split detachable design, so is there going to be a 2-pin version of the Icarus I? That's the question posed there I think.
