It's a pre-order for goodness sake, if you want to work with facts then buy something that's already produced and sat on a shelf ready to ship.
You are missing my point. I never complained so far since I knew it was a pre-order and subject to delays. But, it has already been produced now and is ready to ship. All I asked was an explanation for the apparent discrepancy between what was said in the forum and what is happening in reality. I asked this because Bob is generally very consistent with what he says.
I can only see it for what it is, a small team trying their best to please but as I said - you can't please everyone all the time.
Again you missinterpreted my question. At no point in my original post, I said I am displeased with Trinity. I simply asked what's going on.
Is this what we have to expect in these forums? Asking a question (not even complaint) will trigger self appointed vigilante behavior?

Sorry this reasoning is stretching the limits. What you said is applicable for the design, development, testing etc. It took its own time. Most didn't complain and accepted it as part of the pre order process. But when the items have left manufacturing, it has been in shipping to buyers stage and no one receiving any notification about it yet. That's weird. If the initial batch shipping out that we've been hearing for the past 8 business days had generated notifications to the buyers in that list, it would have meant progress. And the rest of us will wait for us to get our notifications in due course of time. But that's not what's happening here with this "shipping". I like many are willing to wait, but lets have some explanation for the delay. Even given the small team and the total number of items to be shipped out, it is possible to give a reasonable time period. That removes uncertainty. Keep us buyers who have paid our hard earned cash informed properly. There's a small group of whiners and there's another group that puts those that have waited and are asking for reasonable information be put in the impatient group. Most of us that are asking for more clarity are being given the "oh for God's sake it's a pre order" response. Can we refrain from doing that?
+1. Delays from design issues and QC is understandable because... yes, this is is a pre-order. But, the product is complete and Trinity said that they would be sending confirmation emails. That didn't happen and the forum went ape crap and headfi caught fire.

It's obvious emotion is over-ruling logic here so I'll just say this, people are misinterpreting my words and possibly Bob's as well.

Why has it always got to be the worst case scenario here? Let's have a bit of positivity for once.

I'm not sure why Bob even tries with the forum at this point, he should have stuck to his plan of getting everything shipped and doing the confirmations after even if it meant some people would get their stuff before a confirmation number. Can't please everyone so just stick with what's easier for you lol(probably would have had people complain that there's no communication on his part).

No, it doesn't mean that, but it means that some people statistically should have their email notifications by now, and given how excited people are, they are likely to report them back to this forum. That hasn't happened so far.

In your reply, I didn't find much perspective or reasons for not having notification except sarcastic rebuke and "you will get them when you get them, so stop asking questions".

All will be done by the 24th/25th. We are a very small crew and packing and shipping this quantity takes some work especially overseas ones due to all the paperwork that has to be attached and written out for customs.
Seriously we want these all done as much as you guys. You have all been immensely patient and understanding but losing the plot at the last hurdle doesn't help any of us.

Bob, thank you. This is the answer I was looking for and it explains everything. Please know for sure, at no point I am displeased with you guys contrary to what is been portrayed. I just like to be informed and understand the reason behind things as they happen. Cheers!

@Bobtrinity Will the new type of dynamic drivers in the PM6 increase the bass or have you tuned it to keep it similar to PM4?

Disappointing to hear, but understandable in light of the sheer number of IEMs to get shipped. In the meantime I'll just keep jamming with my other headphones, somehow I think I'll be ok, lol.
