**NOOB ALERT** My Logitech G35 headset broke and everyone I know is recommending I should buy headphones and mic. I thought it would be easy..I would buy headphones and desktop mic and I could plug and play but guy in the store is saying I need amp and dac and I should go with ModMic instead of desktop mic and friend is saying I only need audio card and desktop mic like BlueJeti. So I thought this would be right place to ask for help..
I need headphones for gaming, music, movies. I've heard that open back headphones are great for gaming and music so I don't know if I should go with that.
For mic it would be great if it is noise cancelling because of my keyboard I don't know if there are noise cancelling desktop mics but I saw AntLion mic I don't know if it is any good?
And for that amp/dac thing do I need that?
My budget for mic, headphones and if need that amp/dac is max.350€

I use the modmic with my Shure SRH750DJ"s and its a great mic. I use a Razer Blackwidow chroma and nobody can hear it in the back ground.
