Not interested in a dac/amp all in one combo, just a dac.
Needs to be very small and can either run from usb or battery power.
Size needs to be portable so can't be too big.
Needs to have a high output level above 2.1v
Needs to support usb otg natively so will work any streaming services, embedded videos, games or web broswers, not just dedicated music players like usb audio player pro.
Money is no object.
